Filled in needs for all family members (only home owner was updating demand previously)
Cleared demand if units are cleared
Forgot to delete vehicle occupants when deleting units. This caused all sorts of chaos like vehicles getting abandoned in the middle of the road, units gliding off the map, etc.
Forgot to update build blueprint version. Prevented blueprint importing
