Minor Update - 2025-03-06


New Features:

  • Implemented building exterior design copy tool. This will copy the exterior wall, roof, wall frame, windows, and roof walls from one building to another. Located in the color dropper menu.
  • Auto zones no longer output buildings with drastically less depth than the original zone depth
  • Can now place zones (when building from scratch) without needing to touch a road
  • Removed "driveway spacing" check when creating building from scratch. Dont forget to leave space for a driveway though!
  • Added time / date output when mouse is over respective GUI container

Bug/QOL Fixes:

  • Fixed cashiers being assigned "purchase item" action (instead of "station")
  • Fixed inability to place outdoor signs/huge trees within non-paved road area
  • Blueprints: Prevented metal wall frames being an option in output for non industrial buildings
  • Blueprints: Randomized roof options now consider zone type when placing blueprint/auto grow zones
  • Blueprints: 4-8 floor buildings now have a random chance to out normal exterior walls or sky scraper walls
  • Blueprints: Added brick and stone exterior walls as random options to 8+ story buildings
  • Fixed outdoor room half-walls randomizing when duplicating floor
  • Fixed changing outdoor room half wall causing every outdoor room to update (should only happen when SHIFT is pressed)
  • Clarified roof wall help/tooltip text (bottom left of screen)
  • Fixed bug that caused roof top walls to remain behind when duplicating floor for flat-roof buildings.
  • Fixed building UI bug where apartments were not displayed as sold
  • Fixed building population (occupancy) numerator counting all units instead of number of apartments sold
  • Added available residential homes/apartments to population box tooltip
  • Fixed wrong goal being unlocked when comma key is pressed to unlock all goals
